Fall Mani

Hey everyone! It's finally that time of year when the days are sunny and nights are chilly! My favorite season: fall. I love everything about it: the leaves falling, chilly days, starbucks everyday, halloween. I think I'll stop.

I decided to once again create a mani inspired by fall. I attempted two last year but both were a fail. Check them out: Fail #1 and Fail #2! But this year I really liked how they look! Enjoy!

Gradient Challenge: Day 1: Black & White

Hey everyone! Awhile back I asked Kelly (from Nailpocalypse) to do a nail challenge with and she sweetly agreed! So this week Kelly and I will be doing a gradient challenge! We decided that one of those days will be a water marble! For today's challenge I did a white,gray, and black gradient and stamped with a chrome polish on top! Enjoy!

My thoughts:
-Perfect size for my nails
-Came off the backing easily onto my finger
-Super easy to place
-Easy to smooth out air bubbles (I used a dotting tool)
-Easy to move around once placed on nail
-Does not lift once top coat is applied

Overall, I absolutely love these!! :)

My thoughts:
-Thinnest nail sticker I've used
-Super easy to work w/ and place
-No air bubbles
-They don't curl up/lift once top coat is applied
-I love that you can barely notice there is a nail sticker there!
-Slight Defect: They are supposed to be glow in the dark, however mine did not glow. I do not mind  though because they are still so adorable!

Overall great product and great quality! :)

4th of July Mani

Metallic Accents

Hey everyone! I hope you all are having a lovely week! For today, I created a mani using Kiss Metallic Accent Stickers provided by Kiss. They stuck on my nails perfectly and stayed on for 2 days!

I didn't know what to do with them or which ones to use but then I remembered this amazing post Jenni from Gold Speck Nails did and so I went with little pyramid accents and a nude base! Enjoy!

Rainbow Gradient

Hey everyone! For today, I chose to do an animal print with a rainbow gradient! I'm not sure whether I like it, i feel like the pink/orange gradient doesn't go well with the other colors.

The Crackle Challenge - Day 5: Black

Hello beautiful nail addicts! Today day is that last day of the crackle challenge Lydia from Sekhmet's Purple Castle and I did!

For today's theme I wanted to go with a color that would stand out against the black so I went with a creme yellow layered with a pink/glitter jelly topped it with a black crackle and some more glitter! I hope you all have a great weekend! Enjoy!

The Crackle Challenge - Day 2: Blue

Hey everyone! I apologize this is late but it's my dad's birthday today and I've been busy with that today. Anyways today is day 2 of me and Lydia's crackle challenge. This challenge is harder than I thought, it's hard to make crackle polishes not soo boring! Today's mani I did a white,gray, and black gradient with a blue metallic crackle on top. I'm a bit disappointed because you can't really see the gradient underneath :(

2 Cinco de Mayo Mani's!!

Hello lovely nail addicts! Since tomorrow is Cinco de Mayo & I am mexican, I thought I would create 2 fun mani's! The first one is super easy and festive &  the second one has some chips, hot salsa, a margarita, and a french tip using the colors using the mexican flag! Enjoy! :)

*Fun facst: United States "celebrate" Cinco de Mayo more than people in Mexico. In Mexico they mainly only celebrate it in a state called Puebla!

*Cindo de Mayo is NOT Mexico's Independence day (that takes place September 16th)

Pink Wednesday: Using Sand

Hello lovely ladies! Its been awhile since I've done a pink Wednesday. I'm sure you all have seen the new caviar nail trend,  so I thought that for today I would try something a little similar.

I don't have any microbeads, so I looked around the house and found some pink sand. I thought hmmm this might work haha! It reminds me of pink sprinkles/sugar on a donut or a cupcake. Enjoy! :)

*I started with a base coat, then i used a cheap topcoat and quickly dipped my fingers in the sand! (no topcoat)
