China Glaze- Techno Dupe!!!

So the other day, i was at Icing to buy new (glitter)  polishes and i picked up a pretty blue fine glitter polish & a holographic hex glitter with silver smaller hex glitter. I remember seeing China Glaze in Techno in a blog (sadly i dont remember which one) and when i tried the holo hex glitter , it looked almost identical.
